 - DO NOT PARK HERE!!! They damage your car, insult you in broken English and tell you the damage was there before you entered the garage. Won't let you see any video surveillance material and won't return calls. Virtually impossible to contact the management (no one speaks any intelligible English). There is no name signage identifying the garage name, location or contact information. BEWARE - STAY AWAY!!

 - The worst garage in NYC The charge extra money on the way out , you pay one price through best parking , on the way out the asking more money claiming the car a is big But at the same time some others people they didn’t charge anything . So they choose who to charge whom not

 - Called the garage to extend my stay and the guy on the phone was extremely rude. I wanted to find out information for how to get my car and extend my stay and he kept hanging up on me on purpuse and talking over me. Wish my experience was better as I am a customer and should have been treated better.
