 - The lot was awesome. No problems at all. The attendant was great too. The only issue that I had was that the attendant never asked for my actual parking ticket with the actual times that I was parked. I may have owed more money than I had actually paid.

 - Got my parking validated but machine didn't register this. I was robbed of 20 dollars for 3 hours after a so called validation

 - Parking lot was easy to find and close to where we were staying. It was cheaper than the hotel lot but we would have better off just going to the lot and parking for three days rather than making a reservation. Because we made a reservation it ended up costing us an additional $30.00.

 - I had never been to New Orleans and I wanted to ensure we had a spot when we got there that was close to where we were going. It was easy to book and pay for and the garage was easy to find and enter and exit. The directions on the confirmation email were detailed and precise. It was very easy and helpful to be able to book ahead of time and find a cheaper spot than anywhere else we would have come across! Thank you!
