This surface lot is located on Carondelet St, between Julia St and St Joseph St. The entrance will be on the east side of Carondelet St. This is a self park location. Please be advised that Carondelet St runs one way north.

 - DO NOT PARK HERE!!!! Used this lot to save money and ended up paying dearly. My vehicle window was smashed and the inside was trashed and all valuables stolen (gps, radar detector, etc.). This lot is unattended and there don't appear to be any security cameras. There was a pile of glass where another vehicle was apparently broken in. Also, found a bullet on the ground next to my vehicle. This place is not worth it...use only an attended lot. If you really want to use it, only do so with a rental car and have insurance...and remove anything valuable.

 - I left my car here for 3 days . I didn't realise there was no barrier and like other reviewers I found it a bit scary to walk through and smelly , also when I went to pick up my car a lady driving out stopped to tell me she had her car broken into and front passenger side window smashed. My car was fine. Otherwise it was very convenient location to our hotel and the streetcar.

 - The lot was very spooky looking, smelled of urine. It appears homeless persons were in and out of lot we saw cardboard where they has been laying in stairwell where you had to walk. No gate as advertised. Don't think I will park here again didn't feel safe

 - The parking lot looks scary at first sight so it is in a abandoned building, but the price is really good for Nola and the location very convenient just few steps from streetcar stop.
