 - Overcharged. Early bird $21 turned into $31. Said my q5 audi was oversized(even though at 185” its shorter than my sedan! ) they added $10 surcharge when picked up. Parked at tons of garages nearby and never been charged extra before!

 - I got my designer sunglasses stolen! The manager consistently told me we would look at the cameras together. He then completely switched and claimed he had watched the cameras and seen nothing. I asked if I can see them and he then said he didn’t see them and that the lot was not responsible for any lost items under the value of $15,000. So you’re telling me my car is in your possession and someone opens my compartment and took my sunglasses and you aren’t responsible! PLEASE STAY AWAY!! THEY ARE LIARS! What upsets me the most is that I’ve always had those sunglasses in that same location for years and have parked in many parking lots.

 - Dishonest people works there, I paid around 34 for couple hours of parking, because the attendant refused to honor spotHero rate I shown him, either you prepay or DONT GO THERE

 - DONT EVER COME HERE!!!!!!!!! YOU MIGHT REGRET IT!!!! I REPEAT...DONT!!!!! If could post with no stars I would!!! I work at the hospital nearby. I parked here today at around 7AM after getting up late this morning. Reservations were made with spothero. I had used this place on a few occasions when it was convenient and didnt think anything of it. This spot is known for their daily early bird rates. $160 that was placed in the center console of the car (Mercedes C300) in a compartment near by the cup holders the day before. I was going to use the money to pay back my mother. I left it there and only remembered about it when I was halfway to work. I got back to the car around 8:00PM and as I got my car i was getting settled when the valet drove behind and honked me out the way so I drove off. When i got home I searched for the money and could not find it. I called them and a man picked up and claim he did not speak English and that I would have to call back in the morning for someone who did and hung up and did not pick up any further calls. I called spothero (according to their policy they are not responsible) and they tried to call, only to have them hang up without speaking to them about they heard the issue. You pay for service not thinking that your privacy and belongs would be violated. You entrust your hard earned investment....this is not what you expect. I will have to call the police in the AM.
