- After getting through to Dorset Council's car park enquiry desk and being immediately cut off by whoever answered, I am still none the wiser regarding your policy regarding parking fees in the Coldharbour Long Stay Car Park in Sherborne. For a full day charge, your website states what the charge has been for some time. On a notice attached to the only operational machine, the other being broken, it states the charge is an astronomic charge of £6:00 per one day session. Both machines have been out of order for an extended period but today this appears to have changed though no "Blue Meanie" is around to enquire about what exactly the charge might be. Does it remain free, is it £2:80 as it has been for years, or have you increased the charge to £6:00
