 - Can you please advise how long can you park with a blue badge in the car park for free. We believed with a blue badge you could park for up to 3hrs - my friend took her 83yrs old mother who had a disabled badge out shopping last Saturday. The mother has just recently had a stroke & and was being taken out for the 1st time in 6 months. She is now distraught as a parking fine for £70.00 was received yesterday in the post.- I would be obliged if you could let me know what the terms are - the badge was clearly displayed |Kind regards Diane Clarke
