Tried to buy a ticket, behind four other people, didn’t know that a degree in parking meter terminology was required. To purchase a ticket read instructions on machine, sunlight obscures most of these, the information required left us all frustrated, and angry, and in my case we gave up and didn’t visit the shops that we had made a special journey to trade with. If your authority is trying to kill the footfall in Bexhill completely you are well on the way to succeeding, such a shame as I am sure the business owners have suffered so much this year, and could really do with some help from Rother parking controllers. THINK ABOUT IT!
