- This car park isn't even worth one star. Do not park here, if you have to then ensure you keep proof of your pay and display ticket if you use cash! Parked here back in June, paid using cash and for the full amount of time spent there. Fast forward to August and in the post was a final reminder that was dated 2 weeks prior, so already past the time frame to reply in. No original letter was received. Wrote to both the parking agent and the solicitors they listed, yet again a letter received which was again 2 weeks old so over the time frame to appeal! Fine was £170 at this point and I had only had one letter which was late! Finally found a contact online and they returned my call stating there was no evidence on the ANPR system that I paid. I was clear I paid cash, they wanted to see the ticket which no one keeps parking tickets 2 months later! They said if I didn't pay it would progress to further legal action including court judgements. They provided me no proof of no payment either, and totally ignored the two appeal letters I had sent. So don't park here! Disgusting company and all the reviews are right, shame we didn't see them before.
