- Terrible experience when trying to exit the building. The woman in front of me could not get out so I waited 20+ minutes behind her with a line forming. Finally, someone that worked for the building came around and lifted the arm. When I tried to exit I experienced the same problem as well as the attendant trying to charge me a second time for the parking. When I told him I had already paid on-line he finally lifted the arm to allow me to exit, so this was a 40 minute experience just attempting to exit the building. It seems as if your process is not currently working so I would recommend this being looked into so others do not go through this scenario.
