- I had jury duty this week and both days I parked at the 8th & Mulberry Parking Garage. I rarely go to downtown Des Moines and not sure about where everything is. Tim, a tall, large man, (sorry I don't know his last name) was extremely helpful. He went over and beyond to help me with directions and what I needed to know. If I go downtown again, I will be sure to park at this ramp, knowing that someone is there to help me if I should need it.
