2040 Market St Garage

 - The attendant lost the key to our car and management is now gaslighting us by claiming they never had it and that we lost it (which is impossible considering they demanded that we leave the key with them and they moved our car after we entered the garage). I will be reporting them to the BBB given how predatory and rude they have been. Do yourself a favor and park anywhere else.

 - I ended up at the wrong lot. It was a busy time and I showed the attendant my confirmation and asked if I was at the right lot. He looked at confirmation and said yes. Upon my return it was determined I was in the wrong lot. However, the attendant made some calls and my confirmation price of $8 was honored instead of the $14 fee for the lot I was in. I was expecting to have to pay the $14 and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely use Patriot Parking anytime I'm in Philadelphia. I especially liked being able to reserve my spot ahead of time.

 - Trying to find this lot was incredibly difficult. Philadelphia has many one way streets so there was a lot of going in circles. The phone number for the lot was not in the email so I had to do my own research to get it. It helps to include landmarks or a nearby store for reference. Once I found the lot it was okay after that hence the 3 star
