Lower Wacker Entrance
This garage has two entrances. One of the entrances is off of Lower Wacker Drive (311 S. Lower Wacker). The other entrance is located off of South Franklin Street (324 S. Franklin St.). The garage entrance on Lower Wacker serves as both an entry and exit 24/7. This entrance can be accessed by heading north bound on Lower Wacker Drive. Look for the blue painted columns with a “P” indicating the garage entrance.
Franklin Street Entrance
The Franklin Street entrance serves as an entry Mon – Fri 12am – 3pm. It then switches to an exit Mon-Thurs 3pm – 12am and all weekend. NOTE: You cannot enter the garage off of Franklin after 3pm Mon – Fri. The Franklin Street entrance is accessed by heading north bound on S Franklin St. The garage is located on the left side of Franklin St. Look for the “Public Parking” sign located near the garage entrance. Parkers are only given access to the ground level of the building, and must use the Pedestrian Door located by the Starbucks at Franklin & Jackson to access the garage. After parking your car, you will proceed to the ground level, and exit out the door located between the elevators and the Pay on Foot Station.
