One Dallas Center

 - Parking garage 1-3 levels are always dirty. Maintenance employee that walks around pretending to pick up trash goes around and looks inside car windows and I have witness this person break into vehicles. He wears a bright blue shirt with Laz company logo. Also have witness this individual park near the exit and constantly smoke marijuana throughout the day.

 - I have been using the parking for almost a year and have had no issues. Most of the parking on the lower levels are reserved, so you have go to at least level 6 and up for parking. Daily rates where you are in by 8 a.m. and out after 4 p.m. have gone up. I now pay $16.00 per day on days I drive in to downtown.
