 - SP+ Parking (1282 Embarcadero)... DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!! Sept 27, 2022. Parked car at 1210...Did Alcatraz tour at 1230....Came back at 315 and back window was busted out. All luggage, purses, cash, etc. GONE!!!! After seeing the other reviews, this is obviously a "smash and grab" place. Other out of state cars were also broken-into....ON THE SAME DAY! No mobile security, no CCTV, no staff! After the fact, we looked at reviews and see the same experience has been happening to people for years!! Called police 4 times and no one came, we were told to physically go to the police station.

 - No attendant on duty here. We purchased a pass online. Noticed we had a wrong number for our rental car license when we got to the parking lot. We purchased another pass so our car wouldn’t be towed or fined. Sent an email and haven’t heard anything from them. Got an automatic email right away that they would contact us soon. It’s been almost a week.
