Kingsway Car Park

 - This morning 28/02/20 was a nightmare, on approaching Kingsway Car Park, Stoke-on-Trent, 8.40am the barriers were not working, please can this be addressed urgently

 - i take things to the MIND charity shop regularly and use the Kingsway car park to access the shop back door.Today,16th April, i found that I have to pay £1.50 to do this.I feel that it is very likely that the charity shops will notice a major decline in people dropping off items at their back doors,as many donors will not relish paying for 2 minutes on the car park.
