 - I am from out of town. I had a coupon code for Holidazzle for $5.00 parking. It wouldn't take the code and I was charged $20.00. I triple checked my work and the correct address which were both correct. There was no one there to complain to. I wrote to the Holidazzle address online afterwards and after a week now, I have not had a response. I would like to know how I can get a refund of the $15.00 I was overcharged.

 - I use to park in the ramp for any event I came to in that area. The price was reasonable at $12 and then it went up to $15 which was fine. Now, event parking is $30!!! This is one of the reasons why downtown Minneapolis is not visited as much. Need to keep the parking prices back down so money can be used to support businesses in the downtown area.

 - Called the number to complain about the wait time to leave the ramp. The person who answered the phone said he doesnt run the ramp anymore and would not be able to help me figure out what the issue is. Turns out no one is running the ramp at night!
