- They don’t respect the rate that is posted on their webpage. They overcharge and have problems with the gate causing unnecessary long lines. Terrible service. I parked there less than 1.5 hrs and was charged $30 in my credit card. AVOID. They’re dishonest.

- We parked on your lot on 9/12/20. We were from out of state. I used a cr card to pay for using the lot for all day. It would not accept it.I used a different card and it would not accept it.We push the button for assistance. The attendant told us that we should call the number on the ticket to give our payment info.I called the number and it say the number is not in service. I tried numerous times to contact you with email and diff nos.

- I parked on your lot on 09/10/2020 for 10 minutes. I slide my card to pay and the machine charged me twice $12.00. I hit the button to receive a receipt no receipt. the attendant was no where to be found. Another lady behind me it happened to her also. the attendant finally came 1 half hour later and he did'nt bother to refund my $6.00. I called the office no answer I left a message waiting for a return phone call. My name is Cynthia.

- We went to an Orioles on a Friday night. There were no price signs listed. We were parked from 5 pm until 9:30 pm and were charged $29.00. We had almost a mile walk to Camden Yards. Never again, what a rip off.

- I used this parking lot overnight from 7/4 thru 7/5/17 and paid $30. Had to leave my car keys with the attendant, so they could move my car when needed. I picked up my car the next day and headed back home. I noticed that my Ray Ban sunglasses were stolen from my glove compartment. I will NEVER use this parking lot again and I am only writing this review so something will be done as no one deserves to be taking advantage of while utilizing a public service.
