 - I am very disappointed with the team service. I spoke to the manager a while ago and he has addressed the issue in the past to fix things but yet again today I was running late and the guy at the 3rd floor parking was taking his time instead of addressing me I was just looking at him to see if he will acknowledge me but he would walk slow and weird, I thought that's unacceptable, he needs to hurry and acknowledge me and let me park, but he didn't. This was unbelievable, I never once felt comfortable around them nor safe, I once got yelled at by one of the guys because he thought the keys are downstairs & I kept telling him I can't find my car bc you guys parked it, this is when I spoke to the manager directly. I cannot tolerate this anymore. After I noticed the guy acknowledging that I am standing there I just backed up my car and walked away while he asked me for my keys I said no I will talk to your manager that's what I'll do! I was just so tired of this. I am going to talk to him after work again. I can't keep on complaining of these guys behavior something has to change. Also when I drove in there was some commotion going on between two of the employees, one was yelling at the new guy, while they suppose to swipe my card, just arguing. These guys work with customers so they need proper manners and training done.
