 - STAY AWAY!!! I was a monthly parking pass holder, and the garage quite often would run out of spots before 9am. Worst of all, my car was VANDALIZED in their parking garage (someone "keyed" two car doors) and they assumed NO RESPONSIBILITY. And of course they have no security cameras inside the garage (only at the entrance/exit) so I was forced to pay out of pocket for my car's repairs. I could barely get a hold of the garage's management. I could not recommend this garage any less, and would gladly give is 0 stars if that were possible.

 - I got stuck for an hour. Wouldn’t let me out, even though I am monthly Parker. They had no employees on-site to help. Called their customer service number - not only did they do nothing to help, they hung up on me twice!

 - If I could this would get a negative rating. Sign says pay ticket at pay station at lobby and then when you go to drive out they charge you again!!! Stay away and use the other one up the block

 - I was there on mother days ...And the guy work ovether was very rude i was screaming at mi husband and tell him to park on the place he want to ..and i tell he dont have to sceam at us so i came to my window the i was the passenger i tried to hit me i get out of my car and he say he can sue me ...

 - The guys at the 7th Street LAZ lot were very helpful. They were happy to validate my Park Me (Spot Hero) reservation and when I couldn't find my car, they located it for me. :)
