 - I reserved from 6:30 to 10:30PM for $8 which was much lower than I expected. Being not used to my smartphone, I printed out the bar code which was too large for the reader. I ended up taking a ticket. At the exit, I showed the printed bar code and the ticket to an attendant and he took time to process the ticket. In the end it worked out fine. My suggestion that your online instruction be made clear that the bar code is for smartphone use.

 - Used the lot on a Saturday afternoon to see a play at the ART. QR code worked perfectly. Only $7 for 5 hours (Play and dinner). First time reserving parking but it was effortless. Yes the turns are small but my CR-V fit fine.

 - This garage was close to the town's center, was well-lit, had good signage, and I found a parking spot immediately. There was an attendant on duty, but I did not need his help because the QR code on my phone worked perfectly to get in and out of the garage. I would definitely use this service again.

 - Will not use this service again. The barcode parkme provided would not work to get in or out. The service at the garage itself was awful. We couldn't get assistance mostly because no one was ever there besides an incompetent janitor. At one point we had to manually lift the gate so we could get our car out.
