- I want to give a MAJOR thank you and kudos not only to this parking garage for convenience but also for their security and safety policies. There was a recent issue of my family member not being able to locate their parking garage ticket. While I wont go into detail about their policy for lost tickets (I didnt receive permission to reveal it since Im not an employee), Ebony (who works at the main office) took the time to explain what's required to exit the garage. This not only made sense but it was a HUGE RELIEF to know that they have a protocol in place to protect against theft. Yes, it will take an additional few minutes for the exiting process but it is WELL WORTH IT! Look at it this way... DONT LOSE YOUR TICKET and you wont have to worry about anything. Otherwise, their staff is VERY professional and thorough. When you use that garage, know that you are in GREAT hands and your vehicle is in GREAT hands.
