 - Stay away! Fraud alert!! If you use the monthly service and try canceling after they will continue charging you and there is nothing you can do, as it’s not possible to contact them (they don’t answer phone). Watch out - these guys will steal your money and use your card info fraudulently. Do not use!

 - The valet employees here will steal items out of your car. Last night they stole my iPhone charge, change from my car, a cosmetics case, and my jacket. They told me that they are not responsible for items in my car and that they must have left it unlocked in the garage which is frequented by homeless people!!! Do NOT park here!!!

 - Was quoted $50 for parking for the day, $40 if I prepaid in cash which I did and when I returned I found out that the valet driver backed my car into a wall and caused considerable damage. They refused to acknowledge that they caused the damage and said that it existed prior.

 - We had a terrible experience with this garage - we had a pre-paid, guaranteed reservation which they would not honor because they supposedly had to save the open spaces for a convention. They claimed it was the (absent) owner's fault. Then in front of us they told another family that THEIR pre-paid reservation would also not be honored, but for $20 CASH they could have a spot. Sounded like a scam to us. Will not be back.

 - Parked car at 9am on a Saturday for a $45.00 fee for 24 hours. I picked it up at 10:15 the next day. The rates are posted, however, when you check your car in they do not review them with you. Very quick to tell you $45 for 24 hours. Rasheed and Kamel blame the price gouging on their computer and will tell you it comes out of their pay if they adjust it. Not their fault I suppose. Owners rules. I parked my car there from 8:30am on Saturday to 10:00am on sunday (25 1/2 hours and it cost me $77.50. LET THE BUYER BEWARE. All legal I guess but if you can park somewhere else you will avoid the shifty PRICE GOUGING here.
