- Check your car when you pick it up. We used this garage this week after a show at the Beacon. When we got there to pick the car up, at first they could not locate my car, then it happened to be parked on the sidewalk. The guy was rushing and quickly pulled it out, backed it up and set it up for us, never putting the lights on. The next morning I see that the fog light had been hit and was dislodged from the housing. Also has several scratches on the back bumper. Just be aware if you use them.

- Don’t park here...the attendant scratched my car I checked car before I left and no scratch when I returned to retrieve my car there was a deep scratch in fender...I filed a claim with them and waited weeks for a call back which James the manager said he would return my phone call which he did not...when I finally got in touch with him he said that this could not have happened here even though it did because I checked my car before leaving and noticed it when I got back and showed them before leaving..he even joke and disrespected me saying only a monster truck could have put a scratch on fender like this...I advise not to park here they take no responsibility for your personal property after they damage it

- Never park here...the attendant scratched my car...I checked car before leaving and no scratch when I came to retrieve my car it had a deep gauge in fender...I showed them before exiting even filled out a claim form...weeks went by with no answer back from them I called right after it happened and they said manager James would call me back never did I finally got in touch with him and he said no It could not have happened there even joke about it and disrespected me saying only a monster truck could put a scratch on fender like that...they will scratch your car and they will not care...don’t park here...James the manager does not care for your personal property

- Robbed me and falsely imprisoned me. Told me my vehicle was oversized and I had to pay $15 extra. I disagreed so they closed gates and me and my toddlers and wife could not leave. That's robbery and false imprisonment. I've parked at dozens of garages for many years in same car. Not ever charged oversized fee. Manager would not budge. Was not told of oversize fee when I parked. Ridiculous. Manager made up a 180 inch threshold for oversized charge but it isn't posted. Many cars -- Honda Accord included - are over that length. Criminal. Taking action.
