- Hi, just found out when it comes to payment options for parking at 1 upper portswook underground, one has to use snap scan or cash. No credit card option... there is no warning anywhere, not even before entering the parking itself and one finds out when you get to the till to pay before leaving...One has no other choice but to go back and find the atm to draw cash. This is so not professional and a major inconvenience
