- Great spot for quick access to lower Manhattan, would definitely use again. However, the payment process during early morning exit with no attendant was not smooth using a pre-paid pass from a third party service... I had to pay twice for a full weeks parking... now I'm trying to get a refund.

- Had to go high to the 5th level, and when checking out, could not get a receipt, as the pay station cycled away from that button and closed out so quickly II could not touch that button, and get my $28 receipt for my expense report!
