 -  Dear John, So sorry to hear about your client bad experience, but first of all, we would like to declare that we never have an office website, our rate is clearly display at the entrance. We have some bad experience with some parking apps or parking websites. They claimed they can find you the best deal in the CBD, but giving out misleading information to their app or web users. Those misleading information may includes incorrect rates too. Those websites and apps never have our consent to contains any information about our car park in their website or Apps. They do not have the correct information because the information they display were never confirmed with us. Sadly we have to handle numbers of complaints who obtains incorrect rates from those 3rd party apps and website. Please send our regards to your clien and we hope that would never happen again.  - I am a lawyer in Melbourne and I represent the operator of Safe City Car Park at 22 Little Collins Street, Melbourne. Your website incorrectly shows the maximum daily rate for the Car park at $25.00. This is wrong, and is an amount that will not buy 1 1/2 hours at current rates. Your statement of this amount is causing my client loss and damage. Without prejudice to any other remedy my client may seek, I require you to remove reference of this maximum rate forthwith and to confirm to me that this has been done and will not be repeated.
