2. counter girl to busy chatting with friends... three couples standing in rain...no service...after 5 plus minutes came to counter

4 my true same deal.. this person is so slow to get anything done chat...look around ... do this do that . I was tring to get my keys
she said I had to pay...again... I said I did on line as noted on the web page... she had no record ... to bad so sad just pay..
what oh what do I do...found the guy s\who took the car he remember me then looked thru the car.. found the original form..gave it to her, another 5 minutes goes bay before she would give me the key
