 - Terrible structure and long distance from MD's office

 - Went to check out the early hours of Wednesday morning. The machine tried to charge my debit card $1,996.00, was declined. When I reentered my card again, the $16 charge was declined too. How does a parking deck attempt to even charge this high amount?

 - I had an appointment at Emory Midtown on 9/26. I arrived at 10:15 got a ticket and went inside. My test was completed ate 10:55 or 11:00. I got to my car and was leaving thru the Peachtree exit. There's a guy there and he says the checkout is not working. He ask what time did I enter I told him 10:15 and it's now 11:05. He said 6.00 I said no I haven't been here an hour , it should be 4.00he said again 6.00. He's taking people's money. I don't know if he works for Emory or parking but he's stealing.
