 - Parking garage says 24/7 but is not

 - The Attendants and process were gracious, for a morning reservation with exit about noon. As a first timer, the attendant had to explain their process, which is valet-like. However, some discussion on the website printed on the reservation would have given me advance knowledge. I found the website a bit clunky. It found no spaces available, until I walked the arrival time back to an earlier hour. That was just a guess on my part; but must turn away a number of folks. Overall, very happy.

 - Do not recommend. Unreliable hours and emergency number. They kept my car for two consecutive days because there was no one working. I called the emergency number they provide and it is useless as no one answers the phone. Do not recommend at all! There are many other reliable garages in the area where you can leave your car.

 - This lot is horrible. You can't exit the lot when you need to. I came over holiday. The attending said it would be open Monday and the website said nothing about closure. I needed to leave but the call service said there was nobody in the office. So I am unable to leave the garage.

 - Easy access to Kimpton Madera ( where valet parking was more than twice the daily cost ) - just a 2 minute walk saved me $25/day! Clean and very well lit garage, car is out of the elements. Only glitch was when leaving, since car was parked for two days, attendant did not have my paperwork; so simply retrieved a copy from the car. Overall very good experience and easy to reserve online.

 - I parked here to eat at Firefly and avoid high valet prices. Excellent parking experience at this lot. Pulled up, showed my reservation confirmation on my phone and quickly got to my spot without any hassle.
