- When picking up my car the place was dead empty. The parking attendant pulled up past me and around the corner about 20ft from where I was standing at the cashier and waiting area. Thought it was a little strange as they were so slow to not park right where I could get into the car easy. Had to approach the car from behind. At my first stop on the way home it made sense as to what happened. My car had been scratched on the front bumper and by having me approach from behind I wouldn’t see the damage. Now I had already left the garage and was not able to make a claim right there. I immediately texted the parent company number they had available for texting for problems to. There was no response ever from that text message line. I found the direct number to the garage and called the manager there. This was a Friday. He was very helpful, told me he would review the CCTV videos and call me back on Monday. Never got a call back Monday. I called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Every time being told the manager was not in and left my number for him to cal me back. He never called back. On Thursday I called and got the manager. He remembered my case. Told me he had watched the videos and didn’t see anything. Told me Sunday is really busy for them (I had departed on Friday). Told me that that day was super busy (It was totally dead and I was the only person in there). Feeling like he didn’t even watch the tapes at all. All good accidents happen, just own it and don’t deceive me then lie
