 - UPDATE: Still too expensive but responsive service. I posted the review on April 1 which it won't let me edit. I was able to reach a live person by phone today who was apologetic and kindly offered to credit me back $10. He said the $5/hr rate you see online is out of date. So at $7/hr it's about the same as the Fore St Garage. Either way, it's considerably more expensive than street parking. Now that I know you can essentially "re-up" your meter without reparking, I will do that in the future. But I did appreciate that this individual tried to make things right.

 - Can't give zero stars so it'll have to be one. Wish I had looked at reviews before hand but what to do when you need more than 2 hours of parking and aren't sure if you can just re-up your "meter" in a 2 hour zone (turns out, you can). As people mentioned, no posted rates ("dynamic pricing" based on demand...the lot was empty except a half dozen cars), which should have been a red flag. But I asked a guy working on fixing the gate at the booth and he said it would be $7/hr. Which is already too much but I took him at his word because I didn't have much time to leave and repark. When I went to leave, the screen said I'd been there for 3 hrs and 52 mins and my charge was $32+change. It gave me a button to call for help which did exactly nothing. So I was mislead and I overpaid. I've learned twice this week, NEVER use anything but municipal parking options (street meters or city lots). The private ones try to hide their rates and vastly overcharge.
