I parked my car(Hoda Odyssey) yesterday about an hour and 20minutes in here.
before I parked my car I asked price to staff. if I parked an hour and half how much is it? because my car is minivan so usually it takes extra charge. he told me its $33.
when I searched coupon in the online, I found 3hours for $25 and when I when back to parking lot, I printed out the coupon.
but they were so rude~~~~ and when I showed my coupon, they told me this bar-cord is not working so you should bring another coupon bc the quality of coupon paper it not that good. so I asked them if I paid without coupon how much is it? and then told me its $50 which they changed their mind;;;
I was so upset and I went print place near there again and print out clearly,
it was worked but they charged $43.00 for an hour and half even I had $25 for 3hours coupon.!!
because coupon says oversize vehicles may incur additional charges but they put additional charge for $18.
when I brought clear coupon, one of staff said this is not our address so I asked him what's this address then? he told me here is 1251 broadway. my coupon has 1250 broadway.
but coupon took a bar-cord.
when I went first time price and when I come out price is totally different.
they lie front of your face.
coupon never work in here.
Ive been parking my car in many different places in Manhattan but I've nerver get this horrible experience in my life.
