Volunteer Hall

 - This is partially a response to Ken's review... The section of the parking garage with no overnight parking is the guest section. The other 4 or 5 floors do have overnight parking; however, they are for residents only. The reason there is no overnight parking is because guests aren't normally supposed to spend nights in the dorms. All that being said, this parking garage still sucks. Its crowded, confusing, and has lots of dead ends where you have to go in reverse down a narrow "lane" to get back to the area where you came from. Horrible layout!

 - What is wrong with the people who run this place - UTK? Why have a parking garage in which you cannot park overnight? Why charge what you charge for housing and not let people who pay for housing park in the parking garage? Parents are invited to stay at this location for orientation - and told to park down next to the stadium - instead of inside a parking garage in the very building where they are staying. I hope the educators are smarter than the administrators.
