 - The description above is wrong for the outdoor lot. It does not take credit cards. It is cash only. You must bring $14 cash, or whatever the amount cash. Skip the lot unless you have the actual amount needed. The refund number goes to a voicemail. It seems they do not respond to requests to honor a refund.

 - I paid $20 cash for $12 parking and the machine printed a "refund" ticket with a number to call. Called it 4 times in 5 days and no one picks up or returns messages. FRAUD!
