Sandoval Municipal Garage

 - Middle gate payment station wouldn't work. Would not return my ticket. Had to go to another gate and instead of paying $1 to exit, I had to pay $12 to get out.

 - the machines in this lot do not work properly. It took my credit card and charged it but when i exited it required me to pay again. It is impossible to file a complaint or to get any redress.

 - Last evening we went to park for an event at the Lensic. When leaving later, paid parking ticket and started to leave --- totally bottlenecked at exit gates (people also having paid were confused by having to pay again while they were waiting a long period in line)....what happened to just collecting money when a known event is happening and leaving gates open so everyone can file back out? Lots of unhappy and aggressive folks jockeying for a spot to try and get out faster --- safety issues potentially for sure.
