 - Parked here yesterday while visiting my trust lawyer...who validated. However, walking to the car, the validated parking ticket was misplaced. I walked and drove all over looking for it. Spoke to parking, who took forever, and they said I'd have to pay for $24 misplaced fee. Kept looking and finally DID find my ticket but by then I was over the allowable time limit to exit by and they STILL charged $2. It wasn't the amount, it was the ethics of the whole situation. The attendant was SUPER snotty...seemed pretty happy about my unhappiness. It's also just a really annoying parking structure to begin with...SO many un-utilized reserved spaces AND they close the exits and entrances really early in the evening AND there are confusing sections of one way only.

 - I am very unhappy with this company and the way they raise their rates. I parked here for years on a promo rate at $115/mo (pre-pay 6 months at a time). Then in 6/2015 they decided to jack rates up and now they are $185/mo. How can you justify a $70/mo increase? It does not make sense that the Early Bird rate is now more economical than the monthly rate! As for the parking structure, itself, it was my favorite in the area. The spaces are not as squished as most downtown spots. I was very sad to have to leave the garage to find something more affordable. US Bank is across the street and is currently $165/mo.
