- this is the worst place to park downtown monthly. i have been a loyal cust here for over 2 years and it has been nothing but problems. i have been over charged and locked out. i have only been late 2 times in 2 years, when i was on vacation and called in advance to let them know and was still charged a fee. they take almost 20 days each month to cash my checks and then double up my bill the next month. 95% of the time the gate doesn't work in the morning and we are sitting at the gate waiting and late for work. i would be willing to pay more for better service
