- Very confusing to use your unattended parking lot. I did not have a phone to scan the QR code. There was not a number on any signs to call to pay for parking and I was fined for parking in a handicapped spot when I had a Mn state handicapped parking permit. Even as convent as your lot is I will never use this lot again.
