 - Can I give less than 1 star? Infraction cited was "more than one space" with a $50 fine. Note was written on ticket that a photo was taken. Asked numerous times to see that proof. Never got the photo. Dispute denied. No email response from their parking attorney, either. Attended a corporate event there which supplied a free parking voucher. I will initiate legal proceedings!

 - Lot was clean and in a decent part of town (security wise). Location is central and perfect for most any event going on in downtown or hotel. The PRICE is the best part especially as it included in and out privilages. The cost for me to park here for a week was less than what the hotel wanted to charge for one night. I never saw an attendant on duty. The directions from the reservation system was good to include a picture of the lot which helped greatly. The attendant shack had the address from the reservation clearly printed on it for further verification that I was in the right place.

 - Hi Alex, The lot was excellent and we had no issues. We saved $25.00 a day for 3 days and never had to worry about having to valet. It was close to my hotel in downtown Denver. You guys are awesome and I certainly appreciate your business.

 - Lot was very close to convention center. We had no problem finding the lot, place the printed pass on the dash and we were off. No ticket when we returned. It was great!

 - Parking attendent wasnt there but found parking spot right away. Put my printed reservation on dash and no ticket.

 - Parked in this lot for an event. Waited in line for 10 minutes to pay at the machine at which point I was prompted for my license plate... Couldn't remember if off the top of my head, and another dozen people in line behind me, took a guess and got it wrong. I paid, put the ticket on my dash, and came out a few hours later to a $75 ticket. They dropped it to $55 after I contested and showed full documentation. Reporting them to the BBB.

 - Horrific experience. During a blizzard I parked here and accidentally entered the wrong license plate number. They KNEW that it was the same car that parked there because I left the ticket in the window as requested. 75 dollar "fine" later -I sent an appeal to the collection agency they hired. They didn't respond for THIRTEEN DAYS. (mind you, you have 14 days to pay) I'm not paying this ridiculous fee and I'm banning anyone in my company (we're a service company that does a lot of work downtown) from using this lot, or any other lot owned by this company. Extortion isn't going to get you a good name or repeat business.
