 - Misleading advertising!! They have the $13 flat fee sign up during the day on week days, which confuses many clients! The flat fee is only after 5 pm and on weekends... you gotta read the smaller shrift if you have the time when turning from the busy road! When I pointed this to the rep, she said I am not the first one to get upset and gave me a number to call to complain: 202-295-8200... Avoid this parking garage, park at the movie theater - a block from this garage ... it's $9!!

 - Super convenient! I was unsure of what to do upon arrival, but the attendant was helpful and explained the process. Not only did I have the comfort of knowing I would have a spot, it was cheaper than what I would have paid without the reservation!
