- parking lot surface is full of holes and many of the stall numbers are illegible.
most of the machines to pay don't work. when found that did the darn thing rebooted before letting me know if my transaction was done or not. when these machines are working they are very giving one concern that something failed. They are also hard to read on a sunny day.
