- This lot is a scam. Your advertised price is $3 for 20 minutes. I was there for 17 minutes, and you charged me $10.82. That's unfair business practice, and I'm pretty sure it's illegal to charge that. There was no assistance to help, and I am requesting a refund of $7. How can I get in contact with you?

- You list overnight parking at $5. It is $10, not $5.

- Terrible! I have a validation ticket card number 3777 but it would not scan. The call for assistance button does NOTHING. There are two phone numbers listed on the website. One is only a busy signal the other is a mailbox that is not answered. I had to pay to get out. I'm requesting a full refund.
