- We entered the parking garage and noticed signs that said public parking begins on level 11. All the parking spots up to level 11 had reserved signage. We had hoped to find parking for us starting at level 11, however, all the way to the top, every spot was labeled reserved, including everything on our return trip down back to the entrance. We spent 13 minutes looking for parking that we never found and then had to pay $15 to get out of the garage. No attendants were seen. I had hoped to contact the facility by phone or email afterward, but there was no contact info on the receipt. Very disappointing.
