 - Scam as doesn't allow for daily parking and sign that states it hidden by the barrier when you have already turned in the lot - creating backups on one-way street.

 - I hate this late lot. Why would you lock cars in the lot after 10 PM? Also, not having anyone available to unlock the gate after hours is very inconvenient. There aren't many parking places near this location, so having to pay to park, and then not be able to get my car afterwards is frustrating.
