- Service was excellent. First person who took my car was very nice and outgoing. I took my car out and then brought it back and they did not charge me. I also told the female attendant on 6/13/16 in the evening that I had an interview the following morning and needed to get my car out early. She was extremely accommodating in both suggesting a time to get the car and reassuring me that, although the lot gets very busy in the morning, that she would have my car parked in the front so that I could retrieve it quickly. I did not get her name, but her customer service was exceptional, and I would encourage anyone who works in customer service related roles to follow her example.
