- This Gateway Valet parking is a ripoff. I could have parked myself in the same parkade for less money. Upon arrival I contact to have car ready. Went to desk, paid $$$$, and the guy gave me my keys and said the car is across the road in the parkade. Didn't say where or how to find it. Crossed street with other passengers (raining), and had to use my key to find car. What is the point of valet parking if the car isn't right at the door when I need it, (as it used to be), running, heat on, and I just had to get in. Now there is no help with luggage, had to go out into the rain, find car and no way to call the desk for help!!! This is not valet parking. This is just someone driving the car away into a parking spot and then I do everything else. Never again.
