- I am writing to recommnend to you Manager Jamal and his staff at the Channel Center Garage at 116 W. First Street, Boston, MA 02127. On November 30, 2018, I drove in from Western Mass to meet my brother at the Union Club at 8 Park Street, Boston, MA where he was speaking. Unfortunately, I had misunderstood the parking recommendation (Boston Commons garage) and went to the Civic Center which in fact did not offer overnight parking and was far from my destination. Luckily, I ended up at the Channel Center Garage! I did not have Uber on my phone and was told that there was no shuttle and taxi service was not easily accessed. As it was getting late and dark, Jamal ever so kindly offered me a ride. Wonderful! After he dropped me off I realized my phone had slipped from my pocket. I called the Garage and asked that he look for my phone and hold onto it until my return the following day. On Sunday I headed home with phone, suitcase, and and a happy heart.
