- This parking is poorly managed. I spent only one hr and i had two hrs validation. The parking attendant want to charge me. I refused and Called the local manager. The manager told me that not call him again and hanged up on me. i record both the attendant and manager. I put together and sent email to whom it may concern. A month latter, i didn't hear anything.
I am still waiting to hear from the managment. Who they do tolerate such abusive behavior of Manager and attendant.
the attendant doesn't understand so many things. I am surprised what kind of manager that hang up a phone on Customer? I am still waiting to hear from the parking owner. I still have the video and audio.
