- Extremely annoyed parked up using a disabled badge against a sign that said display badge and return within 3 hrs ,on return parking ticket issued due to not being in a disabled bay no mention of this on the sign but was told it was on another sign on the other side of the car park ,disputed the fine but it was rejected ,no more Lytham for us
