- Parker beware! I have parked here many times and was my go to garage for a great all day deal in NYC. Unfortuntely that love has turned to hate. I picked up my car yesterday in the dimly lit garage, did a walk around and didn’t notice anything funny. Woke up this morning to find scratches all along the back driver side of my car with yellow markings which I know came from the garage. My car is brand new not a scratch on it and only drive occasionally (8k on it) and rarely to the city (for this reason). I did notice the attendants do fly around the garage and probably carelessly hit one of the barriers without noticing. I called right away to be greeted by what claimed to be the manager and told me too bad I should have noticed when I left and nothing would be done and hung up on me. Where did I go between 6pm and 7am this morning? No where! And there was nothing on my ticket noting any damage prior to parking. Please heed my warning and while the price is enticing you will end up paying more in damages.
